Level 7 pathways require critical appraisal, protocol design, and work-based artefacts. Build a service that blends lifestyle-first care, medicines optimisation, and governance.

Outcome tracking BMI, waist, BP, lipid/HbA1c changes with review at 12–16 weeks.
Portfolio evidence Care plans, consent for meds, lifestyle contracts, and follow-up logs.

What you will cover

  • Comprehensive assessment: lifestyle, medications, comorbidities, social factors, and goals.
  • Behaviour change frameworks (ACT, motivational interviewing) and personalised care plans.
  • Medicines optimisation including GLP-1/GIP agents, orlistat, and safety considerations.
